Do you require a payment information for Basic accounts?
Never. It really is free and stays that way.  Billing details are only required if you choose to upgrade to a paid Pro Account, or request custom Done-For-You Content Creation Services.
Do all accounts include support?
Yeppers. Just use the built-in help features to find tutorials, or simply ask a question from your dashboard account access. We do not offer telephone support at this time as experience has shown it is more efficient to have a text-record for problem solving.
I'm still don't think I'll have the time to post as frequently as I feel I should be. Can you just do it for me?
Fair enough. Time is a precious resource.  Our Content Creation Services will post 5 days a week for you with content customized to your company.  We still recommend adding in personal touches that we would not be privy to, for example, images of your company picnic, completed projects, or awards to compliment the relevant posting we provide.  But, we'll take the pressure off so that those posts are just the icing.
